The LEVER Framework

AI systems that find and fix
where your business is bleeding time.

Most AI consultants guess. Meridian scores. Every recommendation runs through the LEVER Framework — a five-stage methodology that turns automation from a hunch into a prioritized, dollar-ranked roadmap.

Our Methodology

The LEVER Framework

Every audit, every recommendation, every dollar figure runs through the same five stages. That's what makes it a system instead of a guess.

L Locate

Find where time and money are leaking, and score your AI readiness.

E Evaluate

Score every automation opportunity for impact vs. difficulty — not guesswork.

V Value

Translate scores into real dollar ROI and payback period.

E Execute

Build, deploy, and train your team on the highest-ROI opportunities first.

R Refine

Monthly review to expand scope and compound the time savings.

What We Build

Not a pitch. A build list.

Strategy work that tells you what's worth doing, and build work that's actually shipped — including the lead form you filled out two sections up.

Strategy

01

AI Readiness Audits

A scored breakdown of where automation actually pays off — before anything gets built. It's the same LEVER Audit that runs the quiz on this page.

02

Systems Strategy & Architecture

Designing the right stack for your business, not whatever's trending this quarter.

03

Integration & Vendor Strategy

Straight answers on what's worth connecting, buying, or building — before you sign a contract.

04

AI Governance & Guardrails

Policies and guardrails so automation stays safe, compliant, and predictable as it scales.

Build

01

Lead Capture & CRM Sync

Forms that score a lead on submission and push it straight into your CRM — no manual entry. It's what runs the quiz on this page.

02

Custom CRMs & Client Portals

Purpose-built systems for tracking clients, deals, and records — not a generic template forced to fit your business.

03

AI Voice & Chat Agents

Phone and chat assistants that qualify leads, answer questions, and book time on your calendar — without a live person on the other end.

04

Reporting & Dashboards

Executive dashboards that pull every system into one view, so no one's hunting for numbers across five tabs.

05

Automated Billing & Collections

Recurring billing, fee logic, and automated follow-up on unpaid invoices — collections that don't need a person chasing them.

06

Workflow & Data Automation

Pulling live data from multiple systems and automating the handoffs between them — quoting, onboarding, scheduling, document processing — so nothing depends on someone remembering to do it.

07

SMS & Email Notification Systems

Automated alerts at scale — the kind that need to land reliably in inboxes and phones, not spam folders.

Why Meridian Is Different

We show our work.

Most AI audits hand you a number and ask you to trust it. Ours shows the formula, so you can check it yourself — or take it to a partner who will.

Impact Score

Hours Saved / Week × 52 × Hourly Rate

Uses your stated rate — not an inflated agency estimate.

Difficulty Score

Integration + AI Complexity + Data Risk + Dependency

Scored 4–20. Lower means faster, cheaper to build.

ROI Score

Impact ÷ Difficulty

Ranks every opportunity. Highest score is where we start.

Results

We've actually built these.

A few systems shipped before Meridian existed — the same kind of work the LEVER Framework leads to.

Questions

Before you book a call.

Most builds go live in 2–4 weeks, depending on scope — a single automation lands on the faster end, a full CRM or client portal build on the slower end. You get a concrete timeline as part of the LEVER Audit, before anything starts.

Yes — that's the point. You don't need to understand the systems, just the outcome you want. We handle the build, the integration, and training your team on the parts they'll actually touch.

We follow up personally with your full scored breakdown — every opportunity ranked by impact and difficulty. From there it's your call whether to just take the report, or move into a Build or Partner engagement.

We only connect to what a given automation needs, nothing more, and access can be revoked at any time. If your industry has specific compliance requirements, that gets built into the architecture from day one — not bolted on after.

Support is included through the Build tier's launch window. If you want ongoing optimization and monthly reviews beyond that, that's exactly what the Partner tier is for.

Usually, yes. Part of the audit is figuring out what's worth connecting versus replacing — we're not going to tell you to rip out a system that's working fine.

Audit is the scored roadmap only. Build adds the actual implementation of your highest-ROI opportunities. Partner adds monthly reviews on top of Build, so scope keeps expanding as the savings compound. Full breakdown is in the Engagement Options above.

Why I Built This

I spent over a decade in life insurance distribution — an industry where almost everything runs on manual process until someone forces it not to. Illustration requests, agent onboarding, follow-up after follow-up: work that ran on spreadsheets and phone calls because that's just how it had always been done.

At some point I got tired of watching good people burn hours on work a system should be handling. So I started building the systems myself — and the LEVER Framework is what came out of it: a way to find exactly where a business is bleeding time, put a real number on what fixing it is worth, and build the thing instead of just pitching it.

That's Meridian. Not another AI buzzword deck — a framework built by someone who's actually sat in the seat watching the bottleneck happen in real time.

— Blake Berry, Founder

ROI First

If a recommendation doesn't show a clear return, it doesn't make the roadmap.

No Buzzwords

Solutions that work today — not a science-fiction pitch deck.
